We show that Reed-Solomon codes of dimension $k$ and block length $n$ over any finite field $\mathbb{F}$ can be deterministically list decoded from agreement $\sqrt{(k-1)n}$ in time $\text{poly}(n, \log |\mathbb{F}|)$.
