Gaps in Bounded Query Hierarchies

<html>
Prior results show that most bounded query hierarchies cannot
contain finite gaps. For example, it is known that

P(<i>m</i>+1)-ttSAT = P<i>m</i>-ttSAT implies PbttSAT = P<i>m</i>-ttSAT

and for all sets <i>A</i>
