We present a deterministic $2^{k^{\mathcal{O}(1)}} \text{poly}(n,d)$ time algorithm for decomposing $d$-dimensional, width-$n$ tensors of rank at most $k$ over $\mathbb{R}$ and $\mathbb{C}$.
